During the weekdays, we provide our guests with an elevated continental breakfast which may include:

- Local Pastries & Baked Goods
- Oatmeal & Cereal
- Fresh Fruit
Saturday and Sunday
Weekends feature our locally sourced, home made breakfast which may include:
- Chicken & Waffles with fresh seasonal compote
- Eggs (multiple preparations) from local farms
- Pancakes with local Maple Syrup
- Avocado Toast
- Gourmet Breakfast Sandwiches with local bread.
- Bacon, Ham or Sausage
- Potatoes (multiple preparations)
- Fresh Fruit
- Local Pastries & Baked Goods
- Fresh Juice, Tea, Coffee and Milk
Please note: With prior notice we can accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, etc.) That said, we prepare our food in a residential kitchen where other foods with allergens are prepared. For that reason, we can not guarantee there will be no allergen exposure but at The Coal Valley Inn, we will do everything possible to make your breakfast experience enjoyable.
